Cranberries have long been famous for their unique useful properties and a large content of various vitamins and trace elements. Berry is also used successfully in cooking. Especially delicious turns pie with cranberries. The recipe for its preparation is quite simple.

Pie with cranberries is a recipe of modern Russian cuisine.

To make a pie, we need: half a kilogram of cranberry, a half kilogram of high-quality flour, a glass of sugar, 300 milliliters of milk, a glass of apple jam, ground bread, vegetable oil, a bag of yeast, a bag of vanillin and salt.

Preparation: in slightly warm milk, dissolve the yeast, so that there are no lumps and add sugar. Once the yeast becomes active and the bubbles appear on the surface, add 40 grams of vegetable oil, flour and salt to taste. Flour rash as much as you can take the dough. After this, the resulting dough is kneaded, covered with a clean cloth and put in a warm place to make it fit.

As soon as our dough is ready, we separate the fourth part from it, we need it to make a mesh for a cranberry pie. The recipe for cake design can be any, at your discretion and imagination.

The rest of the dough is rolled and laid out on a baking tray. On top of the test, put jam, mixed with breadcrumbs, and evenly distribute it. Then spread the cranberries and sprinkle it with sugar. From the separated piece of dough we roll out the flagella, from which we make edges and a mesh around the edges. The surface of the cake is smeared with milk and we set the oven to bake at 200 degrees. Baking time is about half an hour.

Ingredients for the dough: two glasses of flour, a packet of butter or margarine, 50 grams of sugar, a bag of vanillin, one egg yolk and a pinch of salt.

For the filling you will need: one and a half glasses of cranberries and 50 grams of sugar. If you use fresh berries, then to begin with it needs to be sorted, washed well and dried. And if you have frozen cranberries, then first defrost it and drain excess juice.

Products for pouring: 200 grams of sour cream 20%, two eggs, a tablespoon of sugar, a pack of vanillin, two tablespoons of flour.

Method of filling: carefully mix the eggs with sugar, add vanillin, sour cream and gradually fall asleep with flour. Mix everything well and whisk.

We prepare the dough: we separate the yolk and beat it with sugar, add vanillin, soft butter, salt and mix. Slowly pour in the flour and knead the dough so that it becomes elastic.

Well blotted the form with vegetable oil and put the finished dough, squeezing it with his hands. We make beads up to 5 centimeters high.

On the dough, spread the cranberries, sprinkle it with sugar and pour all the previously prepared filling. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees, wait, when it warms up well, and bake for 40 minutes.

For the test you need: a packet of margarine, three eggs, three glasses of sour cream, two tablespoons of sugar, half a liter of water, a kilogram of flour, a teaspoonful of baking soda and a little salt.

Filling for pies: a glass of cranberry berries and a glass of sugar is passed through a meat grinder and then mixed with three tablespoons of potato starch.

Preparation: carefully beat eggs with sugar, add sour cream, margarine, soda and salt. Gradually fall asleep with flour, knead the dough and clean it in the cold for two hours.

After the dough has lay down, divide it into equal pieces, approximately 100 grams each. From each piece roll a cake and in the middle we spread the cranberry filling. We form pies, put on a greased baking sheet. We give the patties for half an hour and put them in the oven. Bake until a mouth-watering ruddy crust.

Pies with cranberry filling are not only very tasty, but also useful.
