Many of us associate the biscuit biscuits with the Soviet past, when it was one of the most popular sweets for tea. Today, there are analogues of this very popular cookie in the past, but they do not remotely remind us of the original taste, despite the fact that the ingredients for it are not difficult to find, and the recipe is quite simple. We bring to your attention the classic way of making this wonderful sweets.

To make this cookie, we need 200 grams of wheat flour, 100 grams of peeled walnuts, a vanillin pack, 170 grams of butter, 80 grams of sugar, one chicken egg, a quarter cup of milk, half a teaspoon of salt and jam or jam to decorate.

Cookies: process of preparation

To prepare the dough, you can use a mixer, but it's quite possible to do without it. So, rub the softened butter with egg, sugar and vanilla. Mix flour with salt and gradually add to the oil mixture. Well knead the dough, which should turn out thick and plastic, but in any case not steep. To make sure of a normal consistency, put the dough into a spoon with a slide and tilt: if the excess of the dough falls out, it is done correctly. If you knead too much dough, then add a little milk and bring it to the desired consistency.

Using a confectionery bag or a tablespoon moistened in water, put our dough on a baking sheet, pre-coated with baking paper. We decorate the future cookies with nuts and send it to the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 12-14 minutes.

After our baking a little cool, decorate it with jam.

So, the total cook time is about 40 minutes. From this amount of ingredients, 20 portions of the finished product weighing 25 grams are obtained.

Apparently, the process of preparation is very simple, and absolutely everyone can cook for themselves and their loved ones a cookie favorite by all cookies, the calorie content of which is only 130 kilocalories per 100 grams.

It was a classic recipe for everyone's favorite cookie, but there are quite a few of its varieties: the "Tajikistan", "Baku" and others. And every experienced hostess probably has her own recipe with a little cunning. The differences in these varieties are minimal, for example, the Bakery biscuit cookie differs only in that it is not a whole chicken egg used to prepare the dough, but only a protein that needs to be beaten with a mixer with sugar until a white foam forms. In addition, this variety is baked somewhat longer at a higher temperature: 20 minutes at 240 degrees. For the filling is used apple jam, pre-heated with sugar, which is added to specially made in the middle of the cookie grooves, after it is removed from the oven and a little cool. Also, walnuts are not used in this recipe.
