Shungi with potatoes are delicious baked patties made from yeast dough. It is worth noting that this dish is very much like ordinary cheesecake. However, instead of cottage cheese, only crushed potato tubers are used.

- Fresh butter - 70 g;

- Wheat flour - pour until the thickening of the dough.
