Vegetable holiday salad

Ingredients: two hundred grams of lightly salted salmon or salmon, one hundred grams of pickled cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, half-lettuce (orange), several leaves of lettuce, any greens, salt, vegetable oil.

This quick-cooking salad turns out to be gentle, if cream is put in it as a refueling. First of all, cucumbers rub on grater (the peel can be pre-cleaned), crab sticks and apple cut into strips. Then all the prepared ingredients combine, add, salt, cottage cheese and chopped greens and fill your taste with mayonnaise or cream.
