Salad with fresh cucumber is always beyond competition

And now I would like to share a very tasty and original recipe - prepare a crab salad. Refill your recipes with fresh cucumber salad with a novelty. Cut 400 grams of crab into small cubes. Add to the chopsticks very finely chopped halves of a bulb or a little finely chopped green onions - it's to your taste, as you like more. Then a half large fresh cucumber cut into small cubes or rubbed on a large grater. We cook five or six eggs and cut them into small pieces, mixed with crab sticks, cucumbers and onions. And now add a can of canned corn to the salad. Mix all ingredients and season with mayonnaise. Solim and pepper to taste. Salad with fresh cucumber and crab sticks ready. You will not only pleasantly surprise guests with your work of culinary art, but also start making a salad for your family every day. After all, you will love it as soon as you try.

And now for a snack we will prepare a delicious salad "Olivier" with a fresh cucumber. So, let's begin. In general, when I cook Olivier, I immediately and okroshku do, because it includes the same products. Therefore, I will tell you how to cook at the same time two of these delicious dishes. We cook twelve small potatoes, eight eggs. Separately we throw to cook a chicken leg, adding to a broth a half of carrots and an onion entirely.

When the potatoes and eggs are cooked and cooled, cut them into small cubes and pour them into a large saucepan. There also add finely chopped green onions and four to five fresh cucumbers in small cubes. You can add boiled sausage, about 400 grams should be finely chopped. When the chicken is cooked, we take it out of the broth, wait until it cools down, and finely chop it, then we send it to a pan with cucumbers, potatoes and other cut products. Now mix and season with mayonnaise. Next, pour half of the mixture into a smaller saucepan and add to it a cooked half of a small carrot. Cut it as small as possible. And in a large saucepan add the finely chopped dill. Pour the broth diluted a little with mineral water so that the okroshka does not turn out to be oily. Add as much mayonnaise as necessary. Water and broth need just enough to make okroshka and not rare, and not very thick. Mix everything, salt to taste and add a tablespoon of citric acid. Okroshka is ready. But "Olivier" is already on the way. Here it is necessary to add salt to taste and mayonnaise if it is not enough. So you got two wonderful dishes at once, - "Olivier" and okroshka. If desired, canned peas can be added to the salad.
