  • Adzhika acute - 5 large spoons;
  • Fresh lemon juice - from 1 fruit;
  • Salt cooked, black pepper, dried basil and sweet paprika - to taste;
  • Garlic large - 2 teeth;
  • Green onions and fresh parsley - 1 bunch of each kind of greens.

The process of processing and marinating meat

Before the chicken leg is placed in the culinary sleeve, it should be well washed and then placed in a bowl and put the following ingredients there: spicy adzhika, fresh lemon juice, table salt, scented black pepper, dried basil, sweet paprika, grated garlic cloves, Chopped green onions and parsley.
