Some subtleties

Not always cheesecake with berries can from the first time. And all because the landlady is not aware of certain rules and tricks.

English variation

In it cheesecake with berries is cooked without cookies and other substitutes. Of 60 grams of butter again, 130 flour, half a spoonful of baking powder, three tablespoons of sugar and a small bag of coconut chips, a rather crumbly dough is mixed. About a quarter of an hour the cake is baked at the standard temperature. In a crumpled "Philadelphia" or, in extreme cases, rubbed cottage cheese (400 g) rubs half a plate of white chocolate and a glass of fat cream, whipped with three tablespoons of sugar (brown) is added. If you did not know, you can cook a cheesecake without gelatin. And it will be delicious, dense and airy at the same time. The base is already made in the usual way: a crumb of a packet of creamy or sugar cookies (200 g) is combined with half a pack of butter (naturally, it melts), a basket cake is formed in the baking dish and put into the oven for 10 minutes. In the filling, Lemon and two spoons of juice from it (mixed with half a bag of baking powder), about 600 grams of fatty cottage cheese, almost a full glass of cream or sour cream and half a cup of sugar. All this is whipped - a mixer or blender. Then, in turn, with an intermittent whipping, three eggs are introduced. The filling is evenly spread over the cake, and the "cake" is baked in the oven for one hour. Five minutes before the readiness, the surface is abundantly awakened with berries, so that the raspberry cheesecake is saturated with their aroma and juice, but the berries themselves do not cringe. Lemon cream is prepared from semi-finished products and applied to already cooled dessert.

Cheesecake with poppy seeds

The base is prepared as usual: two cups of crumbs from biscuits or crackers are combined with half a pack of butter (using a blender), two large spoons of sugar and two small ones - lemon juice. While the basket is baked, the filling is being prepared. And for her, two poppy spoons are steamed for about seven minutes in half a glass of boiling water, half a kilo of low-fat cottage cheese is beaten with a glass of sugar. Then add 200 grams of cream cheese and three eggs. The filling is divided into three. In two parts, poppy seeds are added, one remains pure. The sheet is filled with boiling water, the oven should be heated to 150 - this will be a substitute for a water bath. Exactly an hour nothing to touch! After extremely carefully remove, cover with raspberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Cheesecake with Baileys
