Cooking fast and delicious

The easiest way is to roast pre-marinated ham. For preparation, you can take any part of this product (shin or thigh). Prepared pieces of chicken should be carefully dried. Then rub them with salt, pepper and a small amount of chili pepper (if you like more quickly, then increase the dose). Now we put the chicken legs in the form in which they will be baked. Lubricate them with a sharp chilli sauce, which has a slight sourness. Cover the form with a film and leave to marinate. This will take about an hour. Then chicken legs should be fried on each side until a beautiful crust appears. In the pan, we must add a little sesame oil. The whole process takes about 15 minutes. We put the prepared meat on a dish and decorate with lemon slices and chili peppers.

Use of chicken legs in national dishes

Dishes from chicken legs are delicious and aromatic, if you add seasonings, herbs and spices. To prepare chakhokhbili we take two legs, two onions, 350 grams of tomatoes, coriander, garlic, basil, salt, vegetable oil and pepper. For this dish, a pot with a thick bottom or kazanoks is best. Onions are cleaned and cut into small cubes. Chicken thigh cut into small pieces. We chop the greens, but cut the tomatoes into slices. Next pour into the pan vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) and fry onions. We add chicken legs to it. When they become golden color, put spices, greens, tomatoes, sliced garlic in a saucepan and cover it with a lid. The fire must be reduced, because the chicken must be extinguished. Before serving, allow this dish to brew.

For the next recipe, you need two legs, a few cloves of garlic (the amount you want), two spoons of sour cream, any oil for frying and spices. The whole chicken should be washed and dried. Then rub them with salt, any spices and pepper. We fry them from all sides on any oil (olive or vegetable). In the meantime, mix sour cream with crushed garlic and mix thoroughly. When the legs are almost ready, they should be smeared with sour-garlic mixture. Then you need to cover the frying pan with a lid and stew the meat for about 5 minutes. After this, the dish can be served on the table.

Chicken thighs are perfectly combined with any garnish. They can also be served fresh vegetables, greens and any sauce. They can be baked in the oven with potatoes and vegetables. It is better to take young vegetables, cooking time which is less. They are pre-cleaned and mixed with spices. Marinated meat also prepares faster. Marinade can be used by anyone except vinegar, which in the case of chicken is replaced with lemon juice.
