You can use the grill mode, which will help the dish to cook a little faster. Half an hour later we cover the fish with foil and make it ready for another half an hour.

Then take out of the oven and serve it on the table, sprinkled with herbs. Carp, just like a perch baked in the oven, it turns out very juicy and nutritious.

Pelengas, baked in the oven

Ingredients:

Pelengas - 1.3 kg;

Onions are a few pieces;

Sour cream - 150 ml;

Spices for fish - to taste;

Salt pepper;

Vegetable oil

For the preparation of this fish, you will need to initially cut the carcass fish portionwise, then each of them to rub with spices and salt. Now we put the fish in a saucepan and leave to marinate for about half an hour. Onions are washed, peeled and cut into thin rings. Then put it in the bowl and sprinkle with salt. Now it must be poured with sour cream, sprinkled with spices and mixed thoroughly.

Now we take the baking sheet, in which the fish will be baked, and we cover it with foil or parchment paper. We spread the pieces of fish from above and fill them with pickled onion in sour cream and spices. It should be noted that it is possible to pickle onions both in sour cream and in kefir.

After that, put the pan with fish in a preheated to 190 degree oven and leave the dish to bake for about 50 minutes. After this time, the bearing should be removed from the oven, decorated with greens. It is recommended to use it hot. As a side dish, you should use potatoes or vegetables.
