Day regimen in the DOW: charging, breakfast, lunch, a quiet hour, walks, classes

The regime of the day in the pre-school is practically the same for all state kindergartens, in which the classical general education program is implemented. This is done not just so, but to facilitate the process of adapting the baby and to teach him to self-organization.

Psychological factor

The period when the child is just beginning to go to the kindergarten is very difficult - every parent knows about this. Not all children have the habit of getting used to a new team, an unusual environment, new activities are happening smoothly and quickly. In most cases, the kids adapt at least a couple of months, and even longer.

To facilitate the long and difficult for the child's body process, a special regime is organized. And it is important to harmonize the regime of the child's day in kindergarten so that it coincides with the biorhythms and needs of the baby.

What do you need to consider when drafting a daily routine?

The life activity of any person is subject to cyclicity. The order of the day for each of us is the sequence of sleep and wakefulness, decrease and increase of activity. The regime of the day in the DOS on the GEF takes into account the physical and mental performance of the little man. Carefully calculated the time of food intake, active games, daytime sleep, calculates the optimal time for children to stay in the group and in the fresh air. Of course, this affects the time of year and the age of the kids.

The regime of the day is regulated by a set of rules and sanitary and epidemiological requirements. Everything is checked, from the institution of the institution to the conditions of keeping the children and the organization of the work regime of the staff.

Requirements for the organization of the day in the kindergarten

  1. Harmonious development of children and their compliance with age - these are the main criteria that should correspond to the regime of the day in kindergarten.
  2. The duration of daytime wakefulness for the younger group is set individually, according to medical recommendations. For senior groups, it is from 5 to 6 hours. In accordance with this, a quiet hour is set.
  3. Walking is an integral part of the kindergarten regime. Better if they will be as long as possible in the fresh air - up to 3-4 hours in the warm season. Usually, educators take the children out for a walk twice a day: after breakfast and after a day's sleep. In winter, when the wind and frost are strong, below -15 walks become shorter or not at all.
  4. Daytime sleep in the nursery group should last at least three hours. For pre-school groups this is 2-2.5 hours. And the educator should plan the schedule of the day so that no moving games are conducted immediately before going to bed, which will contribute to hyperactivity and violation of the rest regime.
  5. An important part of the schedule is gaming or educational activities. In total, it takes from 3 to 4 hours. Of course, preparation for school and classes should not be conducted in a row, but with interruptions - not less than 10 minutes. During such a break, one can hold a physical exercise. Educational activity causes increased mental stress, so it is best to conduct it in the morning, when the child's working capacity is higher.
  6. After sitting out for games or classes, children should rest and throw out tension. Therefore physical activity is only welcomed. Often there is a charge in the kindergarten to the music, which helps to organize and improve the mood of the kids.

To each - its own mode

The regime of the day in the DOW can vary depending on various factors. For example, by age, weather conditions or quarantine. There is also an adaptive and sparing regime. In some cases, he is appointed individually.

Weather

In bad weather, the regime can change radically. The time of walking is shifted, its duration decreases. While the motor activity of children in the room, on the contrary, increases. They are engaged not only in groups, but also in gyms, music rooms, educational studios, etc. It is important to use all the facilities in the DOW to the maximum, so that all pupils are engaged.

Adaptation and sparing mode

Adaptation period is passed by every child upon admission to the kindergarten. Someone has more, some have less. The duration of this period is set individually by the doctor or agreed with him. During this time the child is in the kindergarten, first at a minimum, then with a gradual increase in time. Educational activities at this stage are not carried out, maximum attention is paid to joint games, walks and daytime sleep. The main thing here is for the baby to be harmless for the psyche and adapt as soon as possible to the new conditions for him, get acquainted with peers, get used to caregivers and receive only positive emotions from staying in the kindergarten.

Gentle mode of the day in the preschool is set for babies who have come after the illness. For them it is recommended to reduce the time spent in the kindergarten, reduce the educational load or do the exercises at the child's will. The baby is also released from physical education. An exception may be charging in a kindergarten to music, if it causes positive emotions in the child. Hours of sleep increase, that is, the child is awakened later than others. And it is necessary to observe the thermal regime: for example, the baby on a "sparing" regime will walk less, get dressed for a walk last, and undress - first.

Quarantine

At the time of establishment of the quarantine, the schedule is consistent with the doctor and depends on the type of disease. Thus, contact with other groups in the kindergarten is excluded, careful ventilation and sanitary treatment of the premises are carried out, the time for walks is increased, and the time for classes is reduced.

Individual mode

He can be assigned to such children, as, for example, after a serious illness, a prolonged stay in a sanatorium or on vacation. And also to children with individual deviations of health, on the recommendation of specialists. For them, the hours of quiet hours increase, the mental load is reduced, special conditions for walks are created and the total time spent in the garden is reduced.

The general regime of the day of a typical kindergarten is approximately the same:

  • At 8: 00-8: 15 (until 8:30) parents bring the children.
  • Breakfast at the kindergarten is served at 8:30.
  • One hour, from 9 to 10, is given to classes or preparation for school.
  • Before lunch, that is until 12 o'clock, the kids walk - in the warm season, outdoors, in the winter - they play in the group.
  • Lunch is held from 12 to half past twelve. Then the preparation and laying for daytime sleep begins.
  • 13: 00-15: 00 hours of sleep.
  • From half past four to four o'clock a snack is followed, followed by classes or a walk to the end of the day.

Correctly organized regime of the day in the DOW is a pledge of a comfortable stay of a child and its optimal development. It is important to remember this for both teachers and parents.
