Salad "Nest" - this is quite an original dish both for the main components, and for its design. Recipes can be different in a set of ingredients, but the result will always surpass all expectations of the hostess. Suggest several options.

Salad "Nest with chicks"

It is necessary to make French fries from five potatoes. For this, you can use as a deep fryer, or simply send slices to a heated frying pan. The main condition: every piece must be separate, the appearance of a slush of porridge is unacceptable.

The bulb is finely chopped and poured with a mixture of water (250 grams), two large spoons of vinegar and a small spoonful of sugar. It is better to do this procedure twelve hours before the salad preparation begins . Cut two hundred grams of pork into strips and fry until ready. Four eggs boil well, separate the proteins and cut them with straw. Now we begin to form the salad "Nest". On a deep large dish lay whole leaves of a green salad, and then in layers: meat - onions - a mesh of mayonnaise - egg whites - again mayonnaise.

Next, from the French fries, make a small nest, creating a deep hole in the middle. Slightly sauce it inside. Separately form cute chickens from the next stuffing. Crushed yolk, a hundred grams of finely grated Parmesan, two crushed garlic cloves and mayonnaise to mix very carefully. Make eggs, chickens and put in a nest. The dish should be served immediately on the table.

"Cuckoo's Nest" salad

Three hundred grams of Peking cabbage to tear your hands in small pieces. Bulb and carrots cut in the form of straws and fry until ready, but there should not be a crust. Three large potatoes to cut and make fries. One chicken breast boil, cool and cut into strips. Also do with champignons (one hundred grams, you can take pickled). Now we begin to form the salad "Nest".

On a beautiful deep and wide dish put evenly sheets of green salad. Sprinkle them with leaves of Peking cabbage and apply a little mayonnaise, but do not smear. Place straws of fresh and peeled cucumber, add a little salt and grease it with sauce. Next, make minced meat from the breast, mushrooms and mayonnaise. We lay out on the salad, starting to form the basis for the nest, and then - reheating from onions and carrots. From above, gently decorate the slices of French fries. In order that the dish turned thematic, boil three chicken eggs, cool and cut into two halves along. Gently pull the yolks, chop them, add a little mayonnaise, chopped finely cucumber and a little grated finely parmesan. Put the filling inside the eggs and lay them on the surface of the dish. Leave the dish for twenty minutes in the refrigerator to insist.

"Quail's Nest" salad

Four medium potatoes grate (like a Korean carrot) and fry until golden. Then put on a paper towel.

Cut off medium pieces of one hundred and fifty grams of small mushrooms and fry a little with the chopped onion. Now let's start preparing the main ingredients. Three large prunes, four boiled potato tubers, red bell pepper, cut one smoked chicken breast with the same straw. Then just mix all the ingredients with mayonnaise, put it in a salad bowl, making a surface in the form of a flat slide. At the top to form a roasted potato nest, if necessary, lubricating the layers with mayonnaise, so that it does not fall apart. At the bottom lay a few boiled and peeled quail eggs. Decorate the surface with parsley leaves, simulating twigs of trees. Immediately submit to the table.
