Prepare the pumpkin juice at home is easy and simple

An unpretentious and at the same time such a useful vegetable as a pumpkin, earned the honorary title of the king of the garden. And this is explained not only by the simplicity of its cultivation, but also by the versatility of use, and by the rich vitamin composition.

By its taste, the pumpkin is perfectly combined with most vegetables, so the range of its use in recipes is wide enough: from the first dishes to dessert. At the same time, it can be boiled, fried, baked, jam-making, etc. However, the pumpkin juice, which contains all the useful ingredients, is considered the most useful way of eating pumpkin. At the same time to make pumpkin juice at home is not at all difficult.

Cleaned and chopped pumpkin pass through the juicer, in the finished fresh, add a spoonful of lemon juice and honey. Pumpkin juice for the winter

The easiest way, of course, is to make pumpkin juice in a juice cooker, but if it does not, it's not an excuse to deny yourself the pleasure of drinking this drink in winter and spring. Just have to work a little more, nothing impossible does not exist.

You can prepare juice from a pumpkin at home in several other ways:

1. From the peeled and chopped pulp pulp by means of a juicer, we get juice, which we place in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add sugar at the rate of 100 g per 1 liter of juice obtained and a third of a teaspoon of citric acid for the same volume. We boil for another 5 minutes and pour into prepared sterile jars, which are clogged and turned over, covered with something warm. Cooled cans can be lowered into a cellar or stored in a pantry.

2. 1 kg of pumpkin pulp should be rubbed with a grater and pour boiling sugar syrup, prepared from 2 liters of water and a glass of sugar. All this is boiled for 15 minutes and then cooled. Then rub the boiled pulp through a very fine sieve and, adding fresh from 1 lemon, boil again for 15 minutes, after which they pour the prepared juice into sterile jars and roll them up. But this is the most time-consuming method, allowing you to make pumpkin juice at home.

Pumpkin juice is very good for the prevention of colds and infectious diseases and enhance immunity. It is enough just to drink half a glass of such fresh per day to children and a glass of adults, so that many ailments are bypassed, especially since pumpkin juice at home is not so difficult Cook, especially in the presence of kitchen appliances.
