The recipe is the first

For preparation it is required:

  • Dill - a few twigs (two or three);
  • Fresh ginger - 30 grams;
  • Eggs - 2 pieces;
  • Frying fat - one tablespoon;
  • Sweet pepper - 3 peas;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Cod fillet - 500 grams;
  • Sesame oil - 3 tablespoons;
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp. Spoons.

The cooking process

The first thing we'll do is ginger marinade. For this, we first gingerly chop ginger. Then mix it with pounded fragrant pepper and sesame oil.

Now take the fillet, wash it, cut into small pieces. Next, we send the cut fish into the marinade. Leave it there for about twenty minutes (at least it's fifteen).

Black cod under marinade: recipe

Now we will cook such a fish under the garlic-garlic marinade. How is this dish made? We will now tell. We need to prepare:

  • Sesame oil - one tablespoon;
  • Fillets of cod black - 4 pieces of 120 grams (approximately);
  • Brown sugar - two tablespoons;
  • A piece of ginger two centimeters long;
  • Cloves of garlic - 2 pieces;
  • Vegetable oil - one tablespoon;
  • Juice of lemon or lime - two tablespoons;
  • Soy sauce - 60 grams;
  • Green onions;
  • Chinese culinary wine - 60 milliliters;
  • Boiled potatoes - 400 grams (for filing);
  • Sesame - to taste (for filing).

Cooking method

  1. First you need to wash the ginger, then grind it on a grater (shallow).
  2. After you need garlic, it needs to be cleaned and cut into small pieces or squeezed through the press.
  3. Next, you need to mix garlic, soy sauce, sugar, lime juice, wine, green onions and ginger in a plastic or glass container.
  4. After this, you need to take the fillets of black cod and dip it into the marinade so that it is completely covered from all sides. Next, the vessel should be closed with a film and put in the refrigerator for about an hour and a half. During this period, the fish should be turned twice.
  5. Next, you need to heat the oven to maximum.
  6. At the same time, you need a large pan with a non-stick coating. We also need to warm it up on high heat. Then you need to pour the vegetable oil. The fillet must be removed from the marinade and left to make it glass.
  7. Marinade needs to be set aside.
  8. Fillets should be fried over medium heat for no more than three minutes.
  9. Then you need a clean form with a non-stick coating. In it you need to lay out the fillets.
  10. Then you need to put it in the oven for about five minutes.
  11. In the pan where you fried fish, you need to pour the marinade and add sesame oil.
  12. Boil this mixture without the lid on high heat until it has acquired the consistency of a thick syrup.
  13. Fillet should be spread on warmed plates, pouring sauce from the pan.
  14. Serve with potatoes, which must be washed in advance, cleaned and boiled until cooked.
  15. Garnish and cod can be sprinkled with sesame seeds.
