Unfortunately, not every landlady knows how to prepare the crucian properly, so further instructions will be useful to everyone. For starters, it is best to select fresh and small sized carrots, then peel them from the husks. When eviscerating, do not forget to carefully clean the abdomen of the fish, otherwise the roasted crucian carp will turn out to be bitter, and the tender taste can be spoiled.

Then we put all the cleaned and washed fish into a large container, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Leave for a few minutes. Now you need to finely chop the greens (parsley and dill - be sure, the rest - according to your taste) and pour it with sour cream.
