Prepare ice cream at home - and a novice is easy for anyone!

Do you still naively believe that you can prepare ice cream at home only if you are the lucky owner of a specially designed kitchen appliance? Do not believe me? And you try! This is definitely not rocket science. And it is done literally for one-two-three.

Once: half a glass of milk (and skimmed) whipped with three teaspoons of sugar and a quarter of a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Pour the contents into a tight polyethylene bag.

Two: a larger plastic bag filled with ice cubes with 6 tablespoons of salt.

Three: place the sealed bag with the future ice cream inside the ice pack and wait for four minutes or a little more.

Further you can not count, because the ice cream is ready. Whether it becomes strawberry, cherry or with any other taste, depends only on what kind of syrup or jam at that moment is available in your refrigerator.

Lemon ice cream at home is ready to cook!

One: one third of a cup of lemon juice is combined with 250 g of powdered sugar (or sugar).

Two: 300 ml of cream 35% fat, whisk the mixer until thick.

Three: to whipped cream, add whipped before that with sugar lemon juice.

Time: melt 55 grams of bitter or semisweet chocolate broken into pieces with 80 ml (6 tablespoons) spoons of whole or skim milk in a water bath or just on a radiator if your window is now winter.

Two: add to the melted chocolate one ripe medium-sized banana, 6 tablespoons of chocolate liqueur (or any other for your taste) and 1 tablespoon of dark rum - all beat to a homogeneous mass with a mixer.

Three: pour the resulting mixture into a plastic or metal container, cover it with a lid (can be food film), set in the refrigerator freezer for at least 4 hours.

Fruit ice cream - at home will be very handy!

Times: 200 grams of your frozen berries or fruits, defrost in a microwave for 15 seconds, then whisk with a blender in puree.

Two: to the fruit (or berry) puree, add 1 cup of cow's milk (or soy, or coconut, or yogurt, or unsweetened yogurt). Again, whisk the mixture.

Three: pour the ice cream into a bowl (so far it is more like a cocktail) and put in the freezer for a time, lasting from 30 minutes to an hour.

With frozen fruits and ordinary syrup or cream, you can create an endless variety of ice cream. Here is another example.

Raspberry, honey and cold pleasure

Fifteen cups of frozen raspberries, a quarter of a glass of honey, one glass of fatty cream (35%) and sugar two-thirds of a glass. Blend all with a blender until smooth and smooth. By the way, you can adjust the amount of syrup to achieve the necessary, in your opinion, sweets. We put the sweet mixture in a mold, then put it in the refrigerator for several hours.
