Necessary ingredients for filling and dough:

  • Tubers of potato young of medium size - 5-7 pcs .;
  • Beef oily without seeds - 900 g;
  • Bulbs large - 2 pcs .;

  • Eggs of standard size chicken - 3 pcs .;
  • Salt cooked for dough and stuffing - added at personal discretion;
  • Drinking water - 100 ml;
  • Fresh fennel and leek - 1 small bunch;
