Fried cucumber: different recipes

Such a culture as a cucumber is always considered a salad. The vegetable was taken to eat in canned or raw, without any heat treatment. However, recently there has been a tendency for cooking dishes where fried cucumber is used. This trend came from the countries of the Asian region, such as China, Korea and so on. This product is very tasty and unusual, and it can be cooked in different ways.

Technology of preparation

Fried cucumber can be made with spicy seasonings. The process can be reduced to the following main points:

  1. Soak in warm water 10 mushrooms shiitake.
  2. Peel two long cucumbers, ginger and carrots, all cut into strips. In the same way, grind shiitake and one pod of chili pepper.
  3. Heat the frying pan strongly, pour a little oil in it (enough for roasting). Throw ginger first and finely chopped 3 cloves of garlic, then after about 30 seconds put the cucumber, then at a small interval, carrots and mushrooms.
  4. We taste the vegetables with a pinch of sugar, soy and wester sauce, myrina or sherry. After that, you need to add sesame oil, put chopped peppers and green onions and fry them for about 1 minute.

Other recipes

You can also cook fried cucumber as a side dish to a hot meat dish. For this you need:

  1. Cucumber (600 g) clean and divide into 4 longitudinal sections. Season with a marinade of a quarter teaspoon of salt, half a spoonful of sugar and three large spoons of vinegar. The weight should be well impregnated with a solution, for this purpose it is better to put a container with a vegetable in the refrigerator.
  2. Cucumbers need to be divided into 2 equal parts by volume, one of which is rolled in starch and fried in well-heated oil. Take out the cucumbers, allow the oil to drain. After that, cucumbers roll in pre-chopped walnuts with nutmeg.
  3. The second half should be fried without breading and cut into small pieces. Soak a lot of soy sauce and chopped garlic.
  4. In a salad bowl lay a large fried cucumber, and on top - the ground mass.

There are other ways in which you can cook fried cucumbers (for the winter, however, the vegetables processed in this way are not recommended to be harvested). For example, you can make a salad in Korean with this ingredient. This treat can be obtained by following these points:

  1. 300 g of beef cut into thin strips and fry, lightly salted.
  2. One carrot and two onions to grind in the same way. Fry the vegetables in a separate frying pan.
  3. Cut cucumbers into circles. To fry also separately. Put in a large container. Add other vegetables and meat.
  4. The whole mass should be sprinkled with vinegar (about a third of a teaspoon) and mixed with chopped garlic (5 lobules) and pepper (a small spoon). If necessary, add salt.
  5. Heat 2 large spoons of butter (any vegetable) and pour the salad.

Knowing how to cook fried cucumbers, you can diversify the ration of household members. This dish will be very useful on the festive table, they can treat friends and family. The meal is prepared quickly, and you can get a good result.
