To make this simple dish, which you can use as a garnish, you need 30 gr. Vegetable oil, 4 cloves garlic, 50 gr. Hard cheese, a mixture of peppers, paprika, ground ginger, salt, fresh greens and foil. Also take 8-10 small potatoes.

Preparation

Wash the potatoes thoroughly in running water and, without cleaning, boil until half cooked. Cheese finely grate, chop the greens. Through the press, skip the garlic. Mix all the ingredients in a separate container. Chop the chopped potatoes on one side crosswise and make a small indentation inside. It should look something like a dimple.

Fish in foil with potatoes

To prepare the dish you will need onions, bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes and garlic - all in one piece (per serving). Also take 0.5 kg of sea fish fillets, seasoning and 4 potatoes.

Preparation

Separate fish into medium-sized slices. Salt and pepper. Peeled potatoes cut into cubes, carrots - circles, onions and tomatoes - rings, peppers - thin stripes. Garlic does not need to be cleaned, leave the teeth whole. On the foil sheet, place the fish fillets, place onions on top, then potatoes, tomatoes, peppers. In the end - carrots. Lay a little pepper and salt. Wrap the foil in such a way that the envelope will turn out. Well, pinch the edges and squeeze the bundle to make it dense. Wrap the envelope with a second layer of foil, so as not to lose juice during cooking. Preheat the oven and cook the dish for one hour. Potatoes in foil with fish ready!
