It can be basil, salt, curry, mustard, marjoram, pepper and so on. And, of course, we need a sleeve for baking.

Take our meat and carefully wash it under running water, if it has plates of fat - even better, after baking pork will be at times juicier. Leave the meat flow around and dry it with paper towels. After that, we clean carrots, garlic and cut these ingredients into blocks: carrots into longitudinal, and garlic - to square (if the garlic cloves are not large, then leave it entirely). Again, take our piece of pork and make a knife in it rather deep cuts, but do not pierce the meat through, otherwise the juice will flow out. Now we make marinade, using all the spices and vegetable oil. We smear a piece of pork with the resulting fragrant mixture, cover it with a film and forget about it in the refrigerator for about a half to two hours. The longer, the better. When the meat is marinated, we put it in the sleeve for baking and put it in a preheated oven for 1 hour. After 60 minutes we take out, neatly cut the swollen sleeve from the top and again put in the oven for 25 minutes to get a juicy beautiful crust in our pork.
