Grebennikov Sergey: biography and creativity

Biography

Grebennikov Sergey is an actor and poet who was born in 1920, on August 14. Comes from the family of a railway worker. When the boy was ten years old, he lost his parents. He was brought up by his elder brother Vladimir Timofeevich Grebennikov, who lived in Sochi.

Grebennikov Sergei in 1936 after the end of nine classes of secondary school entered the Moscow Musical College AK Glazunov on the competition. I chose a vocal and dramatic department. In 1937 he became a student of the Moscow City Theater School. He graduated from this school. He became a student of the Musical College, which consisted of the Moscow Conservatory.

The first steps in art

Grebennikov Sergey in 1941 became a member of the choir of the ensemble of the Central House of Culture of Railway Workers. The collective was under the control of Dunaevsky. With this ensemble, the artist in 1941-1943 gave concerts in parts of the Far Eastern Army, as well as in the Navy.

Since 1944, our hero served in the Moscow Theater of Miniatures. Later it was disbanded. The actor had to go to the Operetta Theater of the Moscow region. Later, he joined the team "Roman". At last he began to play on the stage of the Moscow theater of the young spectator. Since 1961, our hero has taken up literary work. The actor and poet passed away in 1988, September 29, in Moscow. He was buried at the Vagankovskoye cemetery.

Grebennikov Sergey is a poet who started professional literary work in the 1960s. Together with Nikolai Dobronravov he created New Year's fairytales, which were staged in the Palace of Culture and clubs of Moscow, as well as in the St. George's Hall of the Kremlin.

The co-authors created original pieces, as well as staging for musical and children's broadcasting at the All-Union Radio.

Our hero also took part in the work on works for puppet theaters, among which are "Kolosok - magic mustache" and "The Secret of the Big Brother". These productions were held in theaters of Leningrad, Moscow and other cities of the USSR, as well as abroad.

The following composers also wrote music for the poems of this poet: Muslim Magomayev, Arkady Ostrovsky, Evgeny Martynov, Sigismund Katz, Mikael Tariverdiev. For twenty years, Sergei Timofeevich published in the publishing house "Young Guard" stories and novels for the younger generation. These works were created both independently by our hero, and together with Nikolai Dobronravov. In 1971 the book "The Third Not Extra" was published. In 1976 the work "Soon a vacation!"
