Not a bad option - a cucumber diet, which has proved to be a very effective method of burning extra pounds. Yes, and it is available to everyone without exception.

What is a bicarbonate diet? Diets (a response to any of them, by the way, can be very different) are a method of strict limitation of calories consumed per day. For dinner, also a salad greens and one fresh cucumber (refueling - again oil). Thus, at least four fresh cucumbers are eaten on the day. This diet should be taken for a whole week. The only permissible relief is the replacement of vegetable soup with a piece of low-fat meat (it can only be boiled, frying is unacceptable). And still it is impossible to forget about drinking - not less than two and a half liters per day, after all cucumbers deduce from an organism a liquid. Do not interfere with the reception of multivitamins (so as not to start to climb your hair and break your nails).

What is the benefit of a diet called "cucumber"? Diets (recall here plays a secondary role) should at least partially meet the body's need for nutrients, vitamins and trace elements. In this case, a very good product is chosen: cucumbers are very useful for the body. When choosing between greenhouse and soil fruits, it should be borne in mind that greenhouse gases are less caloric (and potassium in them is more, so they withdraw fluid from the body more actively). A soil contains a greater percentage of fiber, less watery and much more delicious.

Many fans of dietary restrictions believe that kefir-cucumber diet is equally effective (reviews on it are different - both good and not so). However, this option is not suitable for everyone: kefir in large quantities is not very useful for the stomach. And in general, it should be remembered that with any problems with digestion, you can not experiment with the diet and adhere to diets. It should be reasonable and moderate to eat. This is quite enough to maintain health and shape. And you will not need any diet, even the praised cucumber. Diets, the response to which, as a rule, prompts to quit everything and begin to unload, is the lot of quite complete people. All the rest is better to consult with a doctor and build your diet moderately and reasonably, and not rigidly, with the installation for an early result.
