The rhythm of our life today is such that it is impossible to spend a lot of time on cooking. At the same time, we become more discriminating in food, try to eat the right and healthy food, choose only fresh natural products and, of course, eat the dish immediately after cooking, and not reheat food "the day before yesterday". Therefore, the recipes of our grandmothers and even moms are not suitable for modern housewives, something quicker and less harmful is needed. For breakfast to think up the options is easy - to weld porridge, pour flakes with milk or build a useful sandwich can be pretty quickly. Lunch at us, as a rule, passes out of the house - at work or during a business meeting. But what about the evening meal? We offer several interesting options on how to prepare a light dinner in a hurry. You will see that it is very simple.

The first recipe - vegetable, but quite hearty. This dinner will be prepared quickly and easily by anyone. The main thing is to have in advance in the refrigerator the following products:

  • Mushrooms (for example, champignons);
  • A jar of green peas;
  • Onion and garlic.

Vegetable oil and condiments are certainly in every house. In a frying pan, we heat the oil and throw there the chopped onion and chopped garlic, lightly fry and add any spices (coriander, zir, chili, paprika, etc.), salt. Slice mushrooms (not very finely), send them to a frying pan, mix and cook for about 7 minutes. Then we put peas, stew for another 3 minutes, sprinkle with greens and serve with toast from rye bread.

For a more satisfying variant, the egg can be hammered into the mixture. Very tasty, so even a light dinner is ready in a hurry.

For fans of cereals, you can advise fry rice with mushrooms. It must first be boiled (as is done, everyone knows). In the saucepan fry the mushrooms in olive oil, add the boiled rice and spring onions, stir and cook for minutes. 2. Then pour in a little soy sauce (do not add salt in this case), put out another minute and remove from heat. Also a light and satisfying dish is enough.

And what is easy to prepare for a seafood dinner? For fans of protein foods, this frozen wand will become a frozen sea cocktail (these are now sold in any supermarket).

First, put the right amount of seafood on a dry frying pan and fry (so that the water evaporates), add a little soy sauce and cream, cook for five minutes. Next, you have different options to choose from (they can be alternated):

  1. Put the stewed seafood in a baking dish, pour the egg with the whipped egg and send it to the oven. When the egg grabs, sprinkle with grated cheese and take it in a minute. Serve on a salad mixture, decorating with cherry tomatoes.
  2. Boil the pasta (best suited porcelain or fettuccine), and then add it to the marine mixture, simmer under the lid for 1-2 minutes. Serve with cheese.
  3. In an almost ready-made sea cocktail, place the broccoli (having previously divided into inflorescences) and chopped mushrooms. Stew for some time until the softness of the vegetables. Serve with rye toast.

That's how one light dinner in a hurry turned into as many as three completely different options. In addition, these dishes are very refined and beautiful, they are suitable not only for everyday but also for a romantic dinner.

By the way, in addition to the frozen sea cocktail, it will not hurt to have several different vegetable mixes in stock. They can be combined or prepared separately. Plus such preparations is that you can always cook a delicious, useful and light dinner in a hurry. Eat right without spending a lot of time cooking!
