  • Juice from beet (fresh) with a volume of 500 ml;

  • One fresh beet;
  • A few spoons of water (3-4);
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons tea - or half a spoonful of citric acid;
  • Salt and garlic.

To prepare a horseradish with tomatoes you will need:

  • A large pod of hot pepper;
  • 2 heads of garlic;
  • A large tablespoon (with a slide) of salt.
