How to bake bream in the oven?

Any fish cooked in the oven is incredibly useful and tasty. It is enough to add to it a lemon and a light garnish, and a delicious nutritious dinner is ready. And what could be better than bake bream in the oven? Probably only a traditional Russian dish - stuffed pike. But we'll talk about it in another article. Ingredients:

  • Carcase bream 1 kg (can be more);
  • Shallots and garlic;
  • Olives and parsley;
  • Low-fat sour cream and butter;
  • Lemon, salt and spices.

The recipe for baked bream:

  1. Bream should be carefully washed and removed from the inside. Now clean and make cuts on the peel so that when baking, the shape of the fish is not deformed. This technique will also help soften the bones, since the heat through the incisions will penetrate more deeply into the fish.
  2. Now the line for spices and lemon juice. Fish should be carefully seasoned. Olives should be peeled and cut, cut shallots cut into half rings. Chop the parsley. In a small bowl, mix these ingredients, add the lemon juice and the softened butter. Season and stuff the bream with the mixture.
