In a nutshell, you can say that it's a dish made from rice stuffed and wrapped in a sheet of seaweed nori. To prepare norimaki, you need to take a bamboo napkin, lay on top of it a small sheet of nori, which in turn will lay out the layers of the filling, leaving a little space at one end. The first is boiled rice (small and round grains), which must be gently smeared with a small amount of traditional Japanese condiment wasabi, after it - slices of tuna (you can take any fish fillets or fresh slices of vegetables). Further, with the help of a bamboo napkin, the roll can be wrapped-after moistening the edge of the algae leaf free of the filling, with rice vinegar, cut off excess and divide the finished dish into six pieces with a sharp knife.

If you already know how to prepare rolls at home so that they are attractive in appearance and tasteful, you can try to complicate the task. For example, prepare Uramaki, that is, rolls turned inside out. Their preparation is difficult enough, therefore it is very important to observe the correct sequence of actions: a bamboo mat to lay food film, in the middle of which to lay out prepared and cooled rice. On this dense layer, half the algae leaf of the noria and the filling are moved. By the way, about the filling: for Uramaki you can take everything that seems delicious to you - cucumbers or carrots, strips of fish fillets or squid rings, crab meat or even avocado. Ready filling can be lightly poured with mayonnaise, after which the roll is recognized ready to be rolled up and cut into six pieces with a knife. You can also roll ready-made rolls in caviar of flying fish - it will be very attractive and, undoubtedly, delicious.

Take ready-made thin pancakes (or bake them yourself), cut, giving a rectangular shape, and lay on them any tasty stuffing - cottage cheese, jam or jam, as well as fresh fruit.
