Duck with potatoes in the sleeve

Very delicious is a duck with a potato garnish. But it turns out, not all the housewives know how to cook a duck with potatoes. This recipe will save cooking time by half, and the set of products is small. You need 1 duck, onion (3-4 pieces), vegetable or olive oil (2 tablespoons), potatoes (9-10 pieces), salt, black pepper, garlic (to taste), curry, bay leaf, spices for potatoes
For this dish, the preparation of a duck is the same as in the previous recipe. After that, the duck can be divided in half, each half divided into 2 parts. Prepare the dressing for the duck will be easy: 3-4 cloves of garlic, pepper, stir and then anoint the duck, sprinkle curry.
Peeled potatoes cut into slices, onions - preferably rings. Slices of potatoes sprinkle with chicken seasoning, salt, pepper and mix with onions. Turn on the oven.
Then, having determined the desired length of the sleeve, cut it off. After that, the products are laid and fastened. Pieces of duck lay down. Then spread the potatoes and add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fasten the sleeve on each side. At the top of the sleeve make 10 small holes with a toothpick. It remains only to bake the duck in the oven.
Put the duck on a baking sheet and put into the oven. Leave for 1 hour 40 minutes at a temperature of 190-200. The dish is served hot.
