The performer of the main role, and he was furious, but when he found out who tried on the image of his hero, he could not curb emotions and was filled with respect to Ron.

Separate scenes had to be filmed without them, and after applying computer graphics, so that the character's eyes acquired the necessary shade. However, in the comic comedy "Grinch - The Thief of Christmas" actors involved in the shooting process, often felt uncomfortable, which was reimbursed by their significant fees.

Interestingly, after nine years, the actor played the role of another opponent of Christmas - the fierce Ebenezer's scoundrel Scrooge in the Robert Zemeckis project entitled "Christmas Story."
