For mixing, you can use only milk - thanks to him you can cook the most delicate dough.

And now, when you know how to knead the dough for belaya, it's time to tell you about the very preparation. But only this time we will tell you a classic recipe, which is used by our mothers and grandmothers.

In order to knead the dough for belyasha, you will definitely need milk - about 0.5 liters. Alternatively, you can use kefir or even sour milk. Since the dough should be yeast, you will need several grams of yeast (dry). In addition, stock up one chicken egg and 2 tablespoons. Of sugar. To knead you, of course, you need flour - all of the above amounts of ingredients are designed for one kilogram. If you do not want to make a test, you can just buy it in the finished form on the market. However, it is very easy to prepare it at home. Remember that it can not be boiled - just enough to heat a little - so the dough will rise faster. After pour the yeast into it and let stand for a few minutes.
