What could be easier than boiling hard-boiled eggs? This common opinion is mistaken. The fact is that there are three ways to cook fresh chicken eggs and each of them requires a very delicate approach. Only in this case you will get a good result. First of all, let's determine which testicles you need. Welded hard-boiled, soft-boiled or "in a bag"? After the choice is made, you can start cooking. Boil eggs better in a small saucepan so that they do not skate in boiling water and do not knock on each other, then remain intact.

The first rule to follow, regardless of the method of cooking. Eggs should not be cold at all. They must be removed in advance from the refrigerator and for forty minutes, and preferably for one hour, put on a napkin. Do not hurry, remember that chicken eggs reluctantly give away both cold and heat. At least forty minutes of testicles should lie down. Then, to weld the hard-boiled eggs, they need to be chopped. This is a precondition that the shell does not crack in boiling water and the egg remains absolutely whole at the end of cooking. Why should the testicles be placed in boiling water? The thing is that each of the three cooking methods requires a certain amount of time, with an accuracy of 10 - 12 seconds. If the eggs are laid in cold water and wait until it boils, you miss the moment of their readiness. Water boils sometimes quickly, and sometimes very slowly. But in hot water the protein already starts to grasp and the process is already broken irrevocably. Therefore only in boiling water and only punctured egg.

Let us first disassemble the method of boiling chicken eggs hard-boiled. The water boiled, the testicles were punctured, we put them one by one in a saucepan with a large spoon.
