This dish turns out juicy, delicate and fragrant and will definitely have to taste to all family members and your guests. So, for the preparation we need the following ingredients: boiled pork tongue, mushroom, tomato, some hard cheese, mayonnaise and vegetable oil.

Preparing a pig's tongue is a very simple matter. First you need to boil it, and then cut into small pieces. The washed tomato is cut into two parts, each of which is cut into semi-circles. Champignon must be washed, chopped into pieces, which are then ground in a blender. Cheese rub on a large grater. Mushrooms are mixed with mayonnaise. The resulting mass should be enough for all pieces of meat. Lubricate the tray with a small amount of vegetable oil. We put on it the chopped tongue so that there is a small distance between the pieces. For each piece we lay a tomato slice, and on top we add a mixture of mushrooms and mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake our dish in the oven for 7-10 minutes and enjoy a wonderful taste and aroma.

In connection with the fact that in the previous dish we used ready-made meat, it would be superfluous to talk about how to properly cook the pig's tongue. First, you need to boil water, then we lower the product itself. Add seasonings and spices to taste and cook for one and a half to three hours. After this, the meat is taken out, dipped in cold water and cleaned from the skin.

To prepare this delicious dish we will need the following products: the pig's own tongue, already boiled eggs, vegetables to taste (carrots, cucumbers, peppers, etc.), bay leaf, greens, parsley root, gelatin and broth.

Boil the meat with a laurel leaf and parsley root, let it cool down and thinly sliced. Pieces of language spread on the dish and decorate with chopped eggs, vegetables and herbs. Broth is combined with gelatin from the calculation that 3 cups of liquid will require 20-25 grams of powder. Filter the jelly, fill the tongue and remove our dish to freeze in the refrigerator.

How to cook a pig tongue : a recipe for salad with pineapple

In order to prepare a delicious and fragrant salad of pork tongue and pineapple, we need to stock up the following ingredients: boiled tongue - 300 grams, hard cheese - 150 grams, canned pineapple - 3 mugs, sweet pepper, garlic cloves, pomegranate seeds, salt, pepper And mayonnaise.

Tongue, pepper, cheese and pineapples cut into strips, garlic is passed through the press. Combine all the prepared ingredients, add the seeds of pomegranate, pepper, salt and mayonnaise. When serving on the table, you can decorate the salad with a twig of greens.
