How to cook pork tongue and dishes from it?
Boiled pork tongue can be used during cooking any dishes. Today we will consider two different options for lunch, where this product is present. It is worth mentioning that both presented methods require a minimum amount of ingredients and time.

1. Filling for a festive table
Necessary ingredients:
- Chicken thighs - 2 pcs .;
- Tongue of a pig - 1 piece;
- Laurel leaves (for broth) - 4 pcs .;
- Onion head (for broth) - 1 piece;
- Egg boiled chicken - 1 piece;
- Salt cooked - add to taste;
- Instant gelatin - 1.5 large spoons.
Preparation of broth
Before preparing a jellied for a festive table, it is good to boil the pork tongue in salt water (for 80 minutes). After that, it must be cooled, peeled and cut into pieces to a thickness of 1 centimeter. Next, you need to start cooking chicken broth. To do this, cook chicken thighs in 2 liters of drinking water, pre-salt it, and also adding laurel leaves and onions to taste. When the chicken's meat becomes soft, it must be removed from the broth, cool and cut off all the flesh.
Formation of jellied
After the aromatic broth is ready, it should be cooled and mixed together with instant gelatin. Further it is required to take deep forms, to lining their surface with slices of a pig language, and also to lay out a little chicken meat and half of a boiled egg (for an ornament). In the end, all the ingredients must be filled with broth so that it covers the dish by 1-2 centimeters, and then put it in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours.
2. Hearty salad from boiled pork tongue
Necessary ingredients:
- Peas canned green - ½ standard jar;
- Cucumber pickled and fresh - 1 pc .;
- Champignons canned - 200 g;
- Carrots boiled - 2 pcs .;
- Pork tongue boiled - 1 pc. (Cook, as in the previous recipe);
- Mayonnaise fatty high-calorie - 200 g;
- Table salt is small - ¼ of a small spoon;
- Fresh or frozen cabbage - 200 g.

Pouring from such a product should be served to the table as a snack in a cold state, and a salad lettuce is presented before the main dinner. As for the last dish, if desired, instead of cauliflower, boiled chopped potatoes can be added to it.
