Chops from chicken fillet. Tasty, simple and fast!

Chops from chicken fillet are quite different from this dish, cooked from pork, beef or lamb. Do not be surprised, because the chicken breast is a single piece of tender and juicy white meat, devoid of tendons and other unpleasant inclusions. You can cook chicken fillet chicken in several ways, but any of them will take much less time than the easiest way of making this dish from beef meat.

The simplest chicken recipe from chicken fillet looks like this. For two servings, take the chicken breast, cut the meat into pieces measuring six to ten centimeters in length and lightly beat them. At the same time, you do not have to try very hard, as the meat of the chicken is extremely tender - it can be simply "smashed". The chopped pieces (their thickness should not exceed five millimeters) must be dipped in a well-mixed egg with salt, and then rolled in flour, which is added with black and red pepper. Spread the meat on a hot pan and fry it well. Chops from chicken fillets are ready. You can serve them both with fried or boiled potatoes, and with some porridge. Such chops fit well with rice and soy sauce.

Chicken chops can be prepared in a different way. For example, fry them in grated potatoes. To do this, take two pieces of fillet (based on two servings), two or three small potatoes and two eggs. Meat is cut and beaten in the same way as in the recipe above. Potatoes are cleaned and rubbed on a large grater. The fillet is dipped in an egg mixed with salt and spices, and then properly poured into grated potatoes. Fry the chops in a frying pan with vegetable oil on medium heat (for ten to fifteen minutes on each side), without covering the lid. Thanks to this "potato protection", the meat turns out to be more juicy, fragrant and soft. Similarly, larger pieces of fillets can be cooked, but then they will have to be cooked a little longer and cooking will take longer.

Already discarded "billets" - pieces of chicken fillet - you can thoroughly rub with pepper and salt, and then cook with the addition of the original sauce. For him, we need fifty grams of hard cheese, as much feta cheese or suluguni, one onion, egg, three or four tablespoons of mayonnaise and greens to taste.

Cheeses, boiled hard-boiled egg, finely chopped and fried in oil bulb, mayonnaise and herbs should be well mixed, if desired, add a little lemon juice or a pinch of citric acid, as well as a teaspoon of sugar. Put the meat on a deep frying pan and pour the sauce. Now it can either be cooked to the ready on low heat, or bake in the oven.

Prepare chops from chicken fillets, without frying them in a frying pan, and pruning them in the oven, you can another way. To do this, chicken fillet is cut into two or three large pieces, beat off a little and rubbed with salt, pepper and finely chopped garlic. We lay out the billets from the meat in a baking dish, and from above we put the tomatoes cut into rings. Then grease the tomatoes with a layer of mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese, grated on a large grater. Bake such a choice of chops necessary in a preheated oven for thirty to forty minutes.

The methods described above are far from all the options with which you can cook delicious chicken fillets. The options will be exactly as many times as you allow your imagination to help you in the kitchen. Chicken meat is a product that is difficult to spoil during cooking. So do not be afraid to experiment - it is possible that during your "experiments" a new culinary masterpiece will be born.
