Recipe for pizza with cheese and sausage, yes with mushrooms

Dough preparation products

  • 1 tbsp. Spoon of yeast (dry).
  • The same amount of sugar.
  • 5 g. Of salt (1 teaspoon).
  • 4 tbsp. Spoon olive or sunflower, you can and corn oil.
  • 1 teaspoon (300 g) of warm water (36-38 degrees).
  • 3 tea mugs of flour.

Filling products:

  • Sausage of any sorts (you can assort, and you can only one type) - 300 grams.
  • Unsalted cheese - 200 g.
  • Canned mushrooms (champignons) - 400 gram can.
  • A large tomato is 1 pc.
  • Parsley - a few twigs.
  • Ketchup or tomato paste, slightly diluted with water, 2-3 tbsp. Spoons.
  • Mayonnaise (in a bag).
  • Condiment for pizza or black pepper.
  • Olives - a few pieces (pitted).

It seems everything. That's the whole pizza. Sausage, cheese, - the recipe, as you can see, includes many other ingredients. Some of them you can exclude, replacing them with those that you prefer.

Cook together

Pizza with sausage, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes and olives is a very delicious dish, besides it is nutritious, however its preparation requires a little more time than creating a pizza, the filling of which consists only of two main ingredients: cheese and sausage. Therefore, our advice to the housewives - involve the whole family in the preparation process. If each of the household members will be responsible for one thing, then the tasty, fragrant and very appetizing pizza will very soon appear on your table. In this case, each of them will rejoice that he took part in its preparation.

Cooking dough

Yeast and sugar pour into a bowl with warm water and shake whisk. Leave for a few minutes before the appearance of foam (like a beer). On a bowl, sift the wheat flour of the highest grade, add salt and stir with a wooden spoon (spatula), pour in the plant. Butter, and continue to knead the dough intensively with your hands. Cover the bowl with a cotton towel, and then cover and put in a non-heatable place for 20-30 minutes.

Cooking pizza

  1. Dough rolled to a thickness of 5 mm and carefully put on a pre-oiled round baking sheet.
  2. Grease the cake with a culinary brush with ketchup.
  3. Sausage cut into circles or semicircles, and can be straws.
  4. Cut the tomato into 4 pieces, and then each - on thin plates.
  5. Mushrooms can be thrown in a colander to allow the juice to flow out.
  6. Wash the parsley and finely chop it.
  7. Cut the olives in rings.

  9. Evenly all the ingredients (except cheese) spread over the surface of the flat cake, pepper.
  10. On a bag of mayonnaise, use a pair of scissors to cut out a very small hole. Pressing on the bag, make a uniform net of mayonnaise on the entire surface of the pizza (by the way, children like it when, instead of a net, mayyons draw funny spirals or flowers).
  11. Top with pizza shredded cheese.
  12. You can immediately put the baking tray in the oven.
  13. Bake at a temperature of 200-210 degrees.
