  • 3 eggs.
  • 1/3 tablespoon of soda.
  • 150 grams of mayonnaise.
  • 6 teaspoons of powdered sugar.
  • A little more glass of flour.
  • 6 teaspoons of brown sugar.

All of the above ingredients are needed to prepare the dough, from which the sweet pie on mayonnaise will be baked afterwards. The recipe for this treat is still the filling. Therefore, the list should be additionally added:

  • ½ liter cans of frozen cherries.
  • 2 full tablespoons of powdered sugar.

To make a ready dessert has got a beautiful elegant look, it is covered with a special glaze. To prepare it you need to advance:

  • 100 milliliters of sour cream.
  • 15 grams of powdered sugar.
  • Vanillin.

Process description

First of all, the proteins are separated from the yolks, they are combined with sugar and whipped into a thick foam. You can do this with a mixer or a traditional corolla.   • 75 grams of mayonnaise.

If necessary, zucchini jam can be replaced by any other.

Step-by-Step Technology

In a suitable container, combine mayonnaise, vegetable oil and raw egg. All the beaten up well with a mixer. In the received weight enter zucchini jam, citric acid, soda and sifted flour. All the mix well until homogeneous.

  • 550 grams of flour.
  • 6 chicken eggs.
  • 220 grams of sugar.
  • 550 milliliters of sour cream.
  • 300 grams of caramel and nut-chocolate paste.
  • 250 milliliters of mayonnaise.
  • 100 grams of walnuts.
  • Standard chocolate bar.
  • 5 grams of soda.

Algorithm of actions

In a container suitable for the volume, they combine eggs and sugar. All this is whipped with a mixer or a usual whisk until the grains are completely dissolved. To the resulting mass, add mayonnaise, sifted flour and caramel paste. All is well mixed and injected into the ready-made dough soda, previously extinguished with vinegar, or baking powder. Once again, knead to homogeneity.

The resulting not too dense mass is divided into three approximately equal parts. Each of them is poured into a separate baking tray, the bottom of which is lubricated with vegetable oil, and sent to the oven. The next step is to start preparing the cream. To do this, in one bowl combine sour cream and chocolate-nut butter. All mix thoroughly. To the resulting mass, add 100 grams of ground walnut kernels. The resulting cream is distributed uniformly over the surface of the cakes and spreads them onto each other. The dessert is sent to the refrigerator for several hours, so that it can soak and become softer. After that, it is cut into portions and served for tea.
