Horns in a Fleet way: several variations of dishes

Macaroni (horns) in the navy with minced meat - one of the most popular dishes in our country. And this is not surprising. After all, with the minimum expenditure of products and time, the result is terrific - we serve a fragrant and satisfying dish on the table. The article presents several recipes - a classic one, with tomato paste, liver and other ingredients. Successes to you in culinary affairs!

Horns in a Fleet style with minced meat: photo recipe

Grocery list:

  • Medium bulbs - 2 pcs .;
  • Favorite spices;
  • 200-300 g of mixed stuffing (beef + pork);
  • 0,4 kg of horns (of any shape);
  • Sunflower oil - only needed for frying.

Cooking process

  1. Frying pan with butter thoroughly warm up. We send there the cubes crushed bulbs. Fry, stirring with a wooden spatula.
  2. Once the pieces of onion are browned, immediately add the minced meat to the pan, which by that time should be thawed. Stir the ingredients and make sure that there are no lumps. Stew mince under the lid, setting a small fire. This process will take 10-15 minutes. Then salt the resulting mass, sprinkle with pepper. We reduce the fire to a minimum. Fry minced meat with onions for 10 minutes, not forgetting to stir.
  3. In the saucepan, boil the horns (see the instructions on the package). After the pasta is cooked, add them to the frying pan to the fried minced meat. Stirring.

Necessary ingredients:

  • Milk of medium fat content - one cup is enough;
  • 0,3 kg of horns;
  • One large onion;
  • Leek - 50 g;
  • Two carrots;
  • 0,7 kg of beef liver;
  • Vegetable oil - no more than 3 tbsp. L.

Practical part

Carrots and two kinds of onions are washed in running water. We clean these vegetables. Then they must be chopped (not too large). Now we need to tackle the beef liver. We lower it into boiling water, after which the films can easily be removed. Beef liver is cut into pieces, which are then ground with a meat grinder. That's not all. Onions and carrots must also be passed through a meat grinder. In the heated frying pan with oil, we spread the resulting mass. Solim. We pour in the milk in the right amount. Stew the hepatic-vegetable mixture for 5-7 minutes with the lid closed and at minimum heat. We weld the welded horns into the frying pan to other ingredients. It is allowed to add a piece of butter or ketchup in the horns. But without them it will be very tasty.

Recipe for Multivariate

Grocery set:

  • Dry garlic and other spices;
  • Several branches of basil;
  • 3 tbsp. L. Tomato paste (or sauce);
  • Bulbs - enough three pieces;
  • 400 grams of horns and minced meat (pork, beef or chicken);
  • Oil of two kinds - vegetable and cream;
  • Parsley and dill - half the beam.

Step number 1. On the work surface lay out all the things from which today we will prepare the horns in a Fleet manner.

Step 2. Get out of the freezer minced meat. Spread in a cup. We wait until it defrosts. Then salt and sprinkle with spices.

Step 3. Bulbs are peeled off the husk. We take a knife in our hand and cut the vegetable into thin half rings.

The most suitable for us cooking mode is "Plov". We run it for 45 minutes. Horns in the Navy should be prepared with the lid closed. After turning off the multivark, sprinkle a hot dish with grated cheese. Horns with minced meat are laid out on plates. From above decorate with basil and other herbs.

Ingredients:

  • Two onions;
  • Vegetable oil - enough for 2 tsp;
  • 0.2 kg of horns;
  • spice;
  • 250 g of mixed stuffing;
  • 3 tsp. Tomato paste.

How to prepare a dish

  1. Let's start with the processing of bulbs. Each of them is cleaned and crushed with a cube. Pieces of onions are sent to a heated frying pan. Fry to transparency, applying oil.
  2. In parallel, we perform another job - put a pot of water on the stove. As soon as the boiling process begins, add 1 tsp. Salt and run the horns. We boil not to readiness, but to the state of al dente. How can this be achieved? The cooking process will be 1-2 minutes less than indicated on the packaging. All the water is not drained, but leave about half a glass.
  3. In the frying pan, where the roasted onions are, lay the pork-ground beef. With a paddle, we "break" it into small pieces. Mix the ingredients well. Sprinkle with pepper (optional). We introduce tomato paste. Stirring. We pour in the water left after cooking the pasta. Do not worry about the fact that the sauce has turned liquid. After all, the horns will absorb a part of it.
  4. What's next? In the pan with minced meat and sauce we add horns. Stirring. Fire immediately turn off. Let the dish stand 10-15 minutes under the closed lid. Then distribute it on plates, decorating with branches of basil or parsley. The horns are ready for submission in a naval manner. You and your family are waiting for a delicious lunch or dinner.
