First, we will determine the ingredients that we need for cooking. Take the Bulgarian pepper, minced meat, 200 grams of peeled rice, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste or a few fresh tomatoes, 2 onions, 2 carrots, vegetable oil, bay leaf and various seasonings. It should be noted that for preparation we will need not very fat minced meat. You can take beef or pork, most importantly - the lack of a large amount of fat. They will come out more succulent and sweet. Another way is to take not the green, but the red bell peppers, which in themselves will be more sweet to the taste.

Carrots and onions are fried until the golden color appears, and the rice is cooked until half-ready. All the ingredients are mixed together, add salt, spices, mix everything thoroughly and put inside the peppers. Prepared peppers are laid on a baking sheet, on top, you can lay onions and bay leaves with semicircles. We set for 30-40 minutes in the oven.
