What skills and character traits are necessary for this work? Supervisor is primarily an organizer and a supervisor. The ability to plan one's own and other's actions, stress resistance, observation, purposefulness and diligence are qualities that every supervisor must possess. This is not all: he needs to understand the specifics of the activities that he organizes, and all its subtleties. Therefore, he, like every modern manager, needs higher education. Supervisor should be from 20 to 40 years, so experience in the profession is desirable, but not required.

What are the working conditions? Supervisor is not an office worker. In trading, he often controls merchandisers and promoters. In the first case, he not only receives reports from a subordinate, but also visits trade outlets, learns how the goods are sold, and makes sure that it is correctly placed on the shelves. With the promoters, the supervisor also interacts directly on the spot: he follows their activities and teaches to more effectively influence the buyer.

Since this is a traveling job, applicants often require a driver's license and a personal car. However, the company can provide official transport and a mobile phone, and when using its own equipment, it must compensate for expenses. If control over promoters or merchandisers involves trips around the city, then, for example, a drilling supervisor is a shift work.

Supervisor earns an average of 300-500 $ per month.
