Qualities of the leader - what are they?

What qualities should a leader have ? This question is often asked by teachers, psychologists, heads of collectives and organizations. Think about this and ambitious people who dream of achieving in their lives certain heights.

Everyone who wants to lead a team must understand that successful leadership and a positive result are, to a large extent, guaranteed by the leader's leadership qualities . Here it should be noted that the qualities of the leader and the skills of the leader are not inherited, they are not innate. Only active work on self and education can create a true leader.

So what are they, the personal qualities of the leader? Psychologists make special tests, offering them to managers who use them when accepting employees to their firm. After all, the demand for such strong personalities is always extremely high. Optionally, the leader will lead the team, but having these qualities, he will be able to do a lot for both the organization and his family - this is a fact.

First of all, this, of course, is emotional stability. Responsibility, which falls on the shoulders of the leader, failures and the constant assertion of one's authority can easily break down the unprepared person. Agree, it is difficult and not very much want to go forward, following a constantly whining and insecure person.

The second group includes such qualities of the leader as creativity and mental dexterity. Creative approach helps to find non-standard solutions, reproduce solutions that come from other sources, do not try to stay on standard and trampled paths, but to lay one's own, considering it the most correct one. The restless character of the manager's work demands from him a considerable mental agility: the ability to reflect on several things at the same time, calculate solutions for several moves forward, make quick decisions and immediately switch from one work situation to another.

The third group includes such qualities of a leader as a high ability to learn and a desire to learn new things. It is taught in the school, in later life we must learn by ourselves. A true leader should not only have the ability to learn, but also the desire to do it, otherwise a more competent person can come to his place. In addition, the real leader should be able not only to theorize, but also to realize his theories in life, that is, to be a good practitioner.

The fourth factor is self-consciousness. A true leader knows not only weak and strong sides, but also knows how to use them profitably. At the same time, it is necessary to constantly control your feelings, revise your value set, pay attention to your other human factors and the influence of the manifestation of your personal qualities on the activity of the collective and on the relationships with other people.

Huge capacity for work, willpower, which allows to overcome any troubles, solve complex issues and, most importantly, to enjoy the pleasure of work - both from the process itself and from its results - is also a distinguishing feature of a person whom the collective with whom it is considered respects.

And, in the end, any leader should be able to overcome his fears, should distinguish the word "I want" from the word "necessary."

Unfortunately, leaders are not only positive, but also negative. And it is extremely insulting to see a strong, strong-willed, domineering nature, led by an anti-social group or bandit group. They say that silly goods are powerless. It is not capable of anything. But the clever evil is a terrible force!

As an example of such leadership can be called Hitler. It was thanks to his remarkable abilities that this man from the common people achieved a high position, he imagined himself the master of the destinies of the entire earth population.
