Fish in a pot. Recipe in three versions

All have long been accustomed to the fact that in the pots only meat is prepared. This is already a kind of traditional dish. Pork, lamb, beef, chicken, with potatoes, cabbage, other vegetables. There are a lot of options! And why not show even greater product variety? No less tasty fish in the pot, the recipe and in this case is far from alone. So, we are preparing the fish!

Fish in a pot. Recipe "Salmon in pots with sauce of Camembert cheese"

It is designed for two persons. Five small potatoes to clean and cut into cubes about a square centimeter. To throw on the split pan and fry until the appearance of a beautiful ruddy crust, remove from heat, divide into two identical parts and send them to the pots. 200 grams of salmon fillet is well washed and dried, cut into approximately the same cubes as potatoes. The fish will be the second layer. 6 - 8 whole fresh mushrooms (it is not important what, you can take the usual fresh-frozen champignons) finely chopped and before pouring into a pot a little to be puffed on the pan, about 10-15 minutes, so that they eventually get baked normally. One medium-sized onion should be chopped into half rings, fried in a pan until golden and sent to a pot over mushrooms.

In the same pan after the onion, melt the Camembert cheese (you can use Bree) and pour 100-150 milliliters of cream, if desired, add white wine. Mix everything to a uniform consistency, pour the sauce in equal parts into the pots. On top, if desired, crumble fresh parsley, dill or any other greens. Fans of crusts can fill the contents of the pot with grated cheese. Put the dish in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Baked fish in a pot under a tasty creamy sauce of Camembert cheese is ready!

Fish in a pot with vegetables. Burbot with potatoes

Burbot cleanse of the viscera, scales, bones, leaving only the loin part. In the end, you should get 800 grams of fillet, which should be cut into small pieces. Salt and season with spices to your liking, then roll in flour and white breadcrumbs, send to stew in a skillet with melted butter.

Approximately 800 grams of potatoes, peel, boil and cut into small pieces. One large onion and half a kilogram of champignons (you can use any mushrooms) finely chopped and fried in melted butter. Each pot should be oiled and evenly poured in onions and mushrooms. Then put a layer of fried burbot, then boiled potatoes. On top of each pot, sprinkle abundantly with any hard cheese, for a more mellow flavor you can pour melted butter.

Since all the ingredients are already sent to the pots ready, the dish is baked for a very short time, for 15 minutes, the main thing is for the cheese to melt and form a beautiful crust.

Fish in a pot - recipe with vegetables and egg

You can use 800 grams of any fish fillets. Rinse it and cut into small pieces. A pair of medium-sized head of broccoli to disassemble on the inflorescence, sprinkle with lemon juice and send it to the microwave for a couple of minutes. One medium zucchini should be rubbed on a large grater.

Take 4 pots, in each put a small piece of butter, the first layer - broccoli, sprinkle it with a small amount of grated cheese. The fish is rubbed with salt and pepper and sent to the pot in a second layer. It is put on grated zucchini, which must be slightly crushed and sprinkled with a layer of cheese.

Now we take 4 eggs, each of them separately we break in a small cup or a bowl, it is accurate, that the yolk remains whole. In each pot, pour one egg and sprinkle with cheese. It turns out very beautiful and unusual fish in the pot.

The recipe ends with baking. The oven pre-warms up to 200 degrees, the cooking time is about 20 minutes.
