Such delicious fish in pots

In Russia pots appeared a very long time ago. It was good to cook in a Russian oven. The pot was placed in it and covered with coal from below, that is, it was covered with heat from all sides. The pots were of different shapes and sizes: some cooked soup, others porridge, in the third boiled water.

This dish is now made from environmentally friendly materials that retain brightness for many years. Some pots are covered with icing. It is recommended to put them only in a cold oven and on the bottom grill, so as not to crack.

New pots, before using in the oven, it takes an hour to soak in cold water. If during cooking, the water has evaporated, then you need to top up only hot. We offer several recipes, which tell you how to cook fish in a pot. Fish in pots, stewed with vegetables

For cooking, take 1 kilogram of fish, two carrots, parsley root, onion, 3 percent vinegar (2 tablespoons), vegetable oil (2 tablespoons), tomato puree (1 tablespoon), salt and sugar. We gut the fish, separate the pulp and cut into pieces. Onions, parsley root and carrots are cut into strips. The pots are lubricated with oil and we put two or three layers of fish in them, shifting them with vegetables. The upper and lower layers must be fish. Top with pour oil, vinegar, add tomato puree, sprinkle with salt and sugar. The pots are tightly closed with lids, put in the oven and simmer on low heat for about an hour.

Fish in pots stewed in sour cream

You need to take 500 grams of fish fillets, two onions, 1 kilogram of potatoes, greens, one and a half glasses of sour cream and to taste salt and pepper. Potatoes are cooked in a uniform, cleaned and cut into circles. You can use raw, but it will be hard, since this recipe uses sour cream containing lactic acid. Cut the fish into pieces and sprinkle with pepper and salt.

Lubricate the pots with butter and spread the fish, we place on top finely chopped onions and potato slices. Then fill them with sour cream and put in a cold oven. The fish is stewed over medium heat forty minutes to forty-five. Before serving, the sliced greens are poured into the pots.

Fish in pots, stewed in brine

We take three hundred grams of fresh-frozen fish, pickled cucumber, several spoons of brine, five white mushrooms, half a lemon. To prepare the sauce, take two glasses of fish broth, a tablespoon of flour, butter (3 tablespoons), half a glass of cucumber brine, juice from half a lemon, onion, chopped parsley root (1 teaspoon), salt. Fish are thawed, gutted, rinsed and cut into pieces. Put the fish in the frying pan. Fill with brine and simmer until done. Put out the cucumber separately, mushrooms must be boiled for about twenty minutes, then drain and finely chop.

The sauce is prepared as follows: brown the flour in butter and bred with hot fish broth. After all the lumps disperse, we pour the rest of the broth. Add the chopped onion and parsley root and cook on low heat for ten minutes. Then the sauce should be filtered and add to it a boiled brine and boil for another five minutes. Then pour in the lemon juice, add salt and drain again. In the finished sauce, add butter (one spoonful) and mix quickly.

Put fish pieces, mushrooms, cucumbers in a bowl for baking, pour the contents with sauce, put in a small fire on the oven and boil for fifteen minutes. Finished pots with fish can be decorated with circles of lemon. Bon Appetit!
