Every time I saw a huge plate of fresh pastry, I wanted to stuff my pockets with it before I went out into the yard. It smells delicious, crackles on your teeth and then melts in your mouth, unusually satisfying, the best friend of any tea party, and even the cold is much tastier - it's all about it.

Cookie recipe for milk using yolks and chocolate

To prepare a delicious treat we will need:

  • Milk - 1 glass.
  • Sugar sand - 1 glass.
  • Flour - 2.5 glasses.
  • Yolk egg - 3 pcs.
  • Chocolate - 2 tiles.
  • Sour cream - 2 tbsp. Spoons.
  • Baking powder - 1 pack.

Homemade cookies on milk should turn out friable and airy. Therefore, we will sift the flour before kneading the dough. In addition, we will get rid of unnecessary inclusions. We begin the dough with loose products. To do this, take a deep bowl, pour the sifted flour, sugar and baking powder. The resulting loose mass is mixed.

It remains to add vegetable oil and a pinch of salt, and mix the weight well. Add the rest of the flour and knead the dough. Without the egg, the dough does not stick to your hands.
