You will need:

  • Fillets of fish - 400-500 g;
  • Tomato juice - 1 glass;
  • Onion - 2 pieces;
  • Carrots - 2 pieces;
  • salt;
  • Juice of the 1st lemon;
  • pepper.

Now more about the method of preparation. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Take a frying pan with high sides, which you can then put in the oven. Put it on the fire. After heating the frying pan, pour oil into it and dip the onion there. Reduce heat and leave the onion for 7 minutes. Peel the carrots and grate them. When the onion becomes completely clear, add the carrots into the pan, stir and cover. Leave on a small fire to stew for another 5 minutes.

During this time, rinse the fillets and dry them well. Cut it into portions. Sprinkle each piece with lemon juice. This will help get rid of the unpleasant odor, which many do not like. Pepper and salt each piece on both sides.

Remove the frying pan from the heat. Half of the vegetables are still put in a bowl. The second half evenly spread the frying pan over the surface. Next, put into it pieces of fish fillets. Fill all the tomato juice. Fish in tomato with vegetables will be much tastier if you use fresh or canned tomato juice with pulp instead of tomato paste. Top with the remaining half of the vegetables.

For this dish, you can use any fish for your taste. It can be cod, mackerel and even pike. To fish with vegetables, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Green stalk of celery - 1 pc .;
  • Chubby pepper - 1 pc .;
  • Cheese - 100 g;
  • Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. Spoons;
  • Onion - 1 pc .;
  • Juice of the 1st lemon;
  • Pepper, salt and other seasonings to taste.

Peel the onions and carrots. Slice the onions finely. Carrot rub on a large grater. Heat the frying pan and pour oil into it. Send the onion there, put it out on low heat for about 5 minutes and immediately add the grated carrot. While the vegetables are stewed, cut the sweet pepper and celery into small pieces, about 1 cm. Add them to a mixture of onions with carrots. Salt, pepper and add your favorite spices. Stew the vegetables on low heat under the lid until they become soft.

Chop the abdomen of the fish, grab the bone and try to pull it out, starting from the tail. Remove other visible bones. Spread a layer of foil on the baking sheet, much larger than its surface. Lubricate the foil with vegetable oil, so that the fish does not stick, and it can be easily obtained after cooking. Put the fish on foil, grate it with lemon juice, pepper well and salt.

Fill her abdomen with stewed vegetables. If the entire filling does not fit, place it on top. Tightly wrap the foil. Now you need to send the fish to a preheated oven at a temperature of approximately 180-200 ° C for 30 minutes. Then remove the fish from the oven and gently cut and slightly unwrap the foil. Sprinkle the fish with grated cheese and put into the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
