The drug "Ingalipt" is an aerosol for topical application. The drug is combined and has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and analgesic effects. The medication quite effectively stops the development of inflammatory processes in the oral cavity, shortening the period of recovery. The effect of the drug is based on the therapeutic properties of its components. Included in its composition thymol is an antiseptic, peppermint has antitussive effect and has spasmolytic effect. Sulfatiazole is an antimicrobial and antibacterial component. Eucalyptus oil has antitussive, analgesic and antiseptic effects. Sulfanilamide has an antibacterial effect. Additional components: sugar, water, ethyl alcohol.

The drug "Ingalipt" for children and adults is prescribed for tonsillitis (acute and chronic), angina (follicular, lacunar), laryngitis, pharyngitis, aphthous stomatitis. The drug is not recommended for hypersensitivity to components. Patients under three years of age are also not prescribed a drug. It is not recommended to use the medication if there is a predisposition to allergic reactions to essential oils and sulfonamides. During pregnancy and lactation, the use of the medication is not recommended due to insufficient knowledge of the effects of the components on the health of the fetus (the baby) and the mother during gestation. If necessary, interrupt breastfeeding for the period of treatment.

When prescribing Ingalipt for children, it is necessary to take into account probable negative reactions. So, when using the medicine, burning of the mucous is possible, nausea. The use of medication can provoke and allergic reactions: Quincke's edema, hives, itching. In these cases, the doctor sometimes recommends antihistamines. In case of severe deterioration of the drug, "Ingalipt" should be canceled. If overdose is recommended, rinse thoroughly with water. In accordance with the clinical picture, enterosorbents can be prescribed, symptomatic therapy is performed.
