Fried pollock, a recipe for its preparation

Fish is a very useful product. From it you can cook the most amazing and most delicious, and most importantly, original dishes. Of all the variety of marine fish available at a price, the best option would be for cooking pollock. Let's cook together the roasted pollock, the recipe of which I'll tell you now. One and a half kilograms of pollock should be thoroughly washed and cleaned. Then cut the fish into small pieces. Now once again rinse the pieces of pollock, let the water run off.

Separately, prepare a mixture of flour and spices, in which you will crumble the fish before frying. Mix in a separate bowl three tablespoons of flour, spices to your taste, salt and pepper. Mix all this.

Each piece of pollock roll in a mixture and start frying in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil. You can fry in olive oil. As soon as a golden crust is formed on both sides, the roasted pollock, the recipe for which you have just learned, is ready.

Very often during a diet eat in a fried form it is pollock, because it is sea fish, and even if it does not salt, it turns out very tasty. But in many diets salt is generally excluded from the diet. So those who follow their figure, can cook fried pollock, the recipe of which excludes the addition of salt. So, we defrost the pollock, cut it into small pieces and fry it in olive oil until it is ready. Try it - you will not even notice that the salt in this dish was not added at all. The fish is extremely tasty and juicy.

And now let's get acquainted with the following original dish - fried pollock, the recipe of which includes an unusual combination of ingredients - lemon and garlic. So, lovers of seafood, start with the fact that we clean and wash one kilogram of pollock. If you bought a fish with a head, then it should be removed.

Take deep dishes and prepare in it a wonderful marinade for pollock. Mix the juice of one lemon, one teaspoon of vinegar, half a teaspoon of salt and seasonings, and two cloves of garlic, squeezed through the garlic. In this marinade, our pollock should lie for an hour. After that, pieces of fish are crumbled in flour and sent to a frying pan. We turn the pieces periodically until they are covered with a golden crust. Now cut into thin slices lemon, - and serve our fish.

Seven hundred grams of pollock is washed, gutted and cut into small pieces, and the tail and head are absolutely unnecessary. We cut one bulb with thin half rings, rub one carrot on a large grater.

Now we pan the pollock in flour, lay the pieces on the heated frying pan, greased with sunflower oil, salt to taste and top layers of onions and carrots. Close the frying pan with a lid and fry pollock, while you have to turn it from one side to the other so that the fish is fried evenly. Ready-made fish can be served with boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes or rice, as well as with pasta.

For sure, many will like the fish of pollock, the recipes of which, of course, deserve special attention. After all, the dishes from this fish are prepared quickly, and they are very tasty. For example, you can cook fish patties from pollock. We pass through the meat grinder pieces of washed and cleaned pollock, without removing the bones, because they contain a lot of calcium, so necessary for the human body. We add to the fish mince grated potatoes and onions, also finely ground. Soak in a warm milk a little white loaf, squeeze and add to the stuffing. All carefully mix, drive one or two eggs, salt and pepper, and then once again mix. We make minced meatballs, roll them in flour and fry in vegetable oil. Cutlets are very juicy and tasty.
