Fourthly, the frying pan and oil on it should be strong! Are heated. First fry one side on high heat, then turn over to the other side, fry over medium heat under the lid.

How to cook pollack in the oven? I know a very fast and delicious recipe that is suitable for busy housewives. Prepared pollock cut into portions, put in a large cup, salt, pepper, add spices to fish, mix well. Now add the mayonnaise and tomato sauce (or paste) in such quantity that then the mixed pieces were well lubricated. The color turns out nicely pink. Let stand for about five minutes, fold pollock on a baking tray, pour the remaining sauce in the cup. Put the pan in a preheated oven, and after 30 minutes, feed the family.

Marinate pollock in mayonnaise, and onions in vinegar. Fold the pieces of fish in a large frying pan, place the pickled onion, tomato rings on top. Cover and simmer until done. For ten minutes before the end of cooking sprinkle with spring onion and dill, grated cheese.

Recipes of cooking pollock in milk. Prepare the prepared fish, roll in flour, fry in a hot frying pan until golden brown. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat a little butter, fry the onion and carrots. Fry in the pan fried pollock, pour boiled milk so that the pieces of fish disappeared. Stew until ready. Remove the ready-made fish from the milk, serve on a table, sprinkle with green onions.
