Dorado for a romantic dinner

For preparation it is necessary to take fish (300 g), a basic set of seasonings (pepper and salt), parsley (about 20-40 g), green part of leeks, 1 lime and the same lemon, rosemary, a little butter (cream) and white dry Wine (quite a bit - 3 tablespoons). First you need to prepare the Dorado. Fish should be whole, already brushed, without a single fin and gills. It is rubbed with spices and from one side only makes deep incisions.

Inside Dorado fill with chopped parsley and rosemary. In each incision on the carcass, small lemon and lime segments are inserted. Now the fish ready for baking is spread on a sheet of foil. From above dorado watered with wine and put a small piece (grams 30) of oil. All this must be covered with another sheet of foil and put in the oven. It should be heated to 180 degrees. Really amazing dorado fish . Recipes for its preparation are very different. One of the delicious dishes is the baked fish in Barbados. The following ingredients will be needed:

  • Dorado - 2 kg;
  • Butter - 100-150g;
  • Onion - 1 head (chopped with rings);
  • Shallots (finely ground);
  • Lime - 1 pc. (Squeeze juice beforehand);
  • Chili - 1 piece;
  • Crackers crushed (breaded) - 2 cups;
  • Tomato - 1 pc. (Cut into rings);
  • Condiments;
  • Garlic (finely chopped).

All begins with the oiling of fish seasonings (pepper and salt). This is necessary only from the inside. Above, the Dorado is lubricated with oil. Separately fried shallots with breadcrumbs, spicy chili and juice of one lime. All this mixture is seasoned with spices again. The fried stuff gets straight into the fish.

Stuffed dorado is placed in a special form for baking. From above it is covered by tomatoes and onion rings, and also sprinkle with breadcrumbs. In the form of pour and a little water, so that the dish is not burnt. Enough 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, so that the fish is prepared. Usually it is served with fried potatoes!

Roasting Dorado

It is tasty if you specially fry Dorado. The fish then turns tender and just melts in the mouth. For the dish you need a redfish (half a kilogram), vegetable oil, flour and corn, and wheat (200 grams), sour cream (about a glass), spices and spices (paprika, rosemary, garlic, dill, salt, pepper and parsley).
