What we need

Four hundred grams of beef, six large potatoes, four carrots, a stalk of celery, a bulb, three tablespoons of flour, salt and pepper ground, two tomatoes. Stock up the beef broth to pour it as much as needed - the products in the cauldron should be covered with liquid. Next, a tablespoon of Worcester sauce, three bay leaves, half a glass of frozen peas.

How to do it all - the first stage

Everything is cut large: onions, carrots, meat, celery. Tomatoes scalded with boiling water, remove peel, remove seeds and excess juice. It is better to use cauldron. Heat the vegetable oil, quickly fry the onions, carrots, tomatoes and meat - straight away all at once, stirring incessantly. Sprinkle with flour, turn over several times, add broth, Worcestersky sauce, close the lid, reduce heat and stew until meat becomes soft. Perhaps it will take an hour or more, depending on what quality your beef is.

How to do it - the second stage

Now add celery, potatoes, and when boil - peas. Cover the lid. Stew until the potatoes are ready, from time to time watching the level of the liquid and stirring. Before you remove from the plate you can sprinkle with herbs. Be sure to let it brew in a closed state with a quarter of an hour, then the taste of the dish will greatly improve. It is clearly better - the aroma of this dish drew the kitchen of all the inhabitants of the district within a radius of ten kilometers!
