To prepare the dish you will need these ingredients:

  • Green onion - 2 table spoons;

  • Mayonnaise - 3 table spoons;

  • Garlic - 3 slices;
  • White wine - 2 table spoons;
  • Pepper, salt - to taste.

First of all, we clean the fish and cut it across pieces (2 cm in length). Each of the pieces must be salted and peppered, then put the foil on the baking tray and lay the fish. Top with a mayonnaise and put it in a preheated oven for 100 minutes for 15 minutes. Then mix the chopped green onions, dill, garlic and pour the wine. With the resulting mixture, water the fish and leave to bake for another 5 minutes.

Cod in the oven with cherry tomatoes

Next, another fish in the oven - cod, the recipe is also uncomplicated and is designed for two people. Ingredients:

  • Fillets of cod - 0.5 kg;
  • Cherry tomatoes - a couple of handfuls;
  • Basil ground;
  • olive oil;
  • Ground pepper;
  • salt;
  • Mozzarella - 1 bead;
  • Parmesan cheese.

First cut the cherry tomatoes into halves. Then we rub on the grater Parmesan, and mozzarella cut pieces. Preheat the oven to 220 grisus. Put the fish in a baking dish, pre-oiled with olive oil. Tresku salt, pepper to taste and sprinkle with oil. From above lay the basil, tomatoes, mozzarella and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. To prevent the cod from getting too dry, you can sprinkle the olive oil again. Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese turns golden.

Baked tilapia

This fish in the oven, the recipe of which is given below, also has many healing properties. Therefore, this dish will not just tasty, but also very useful for health. So, the whole fish in the oven is prepared with the help of such ingredients:

  • Tilapia - 1 kg;
  • Flour - 1 table spoon ;
  • dill;
  • Cream - 300 ml;
  • hard cheese.

Defrost the fish and grate with salt, you can also use various seasonings to taste. Put on a baking sheet, oiled, and sprinkle with dill, then pour the cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Put the fish in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees. Such a fish in the oven will be a perfect decoration for your holiday table.

White fish in the oven - recipe

We all know that white fish is a source of protein and does not contain harmful fats. That's why such a fish in the oven is very useful and tasty. To prepare white fish in the oven, the following ingredients are needed:

  • Fillets of white fish - 0.5 kg;
  • Cheese hard - 200 g;
  • Milk - 750 ml;
  • Butter - 2 table spoons;
  • Flour - 2 table spoons;
  • salt;
  • Ground pepper;
  • greenery.

In a saucepan, melt the butter, add flour to it and fry for several minutes, stirring at the same time. Gradually add milk, stirring the mass. When the boil, remove from heat and add cheese. Then salt and stir well.

At the bottom of the form we spread the fish fillets, pepper, salt. Then pour the prepared sauce and bake in the oven (200 degrees) for half an hour.

Before you serve, you must sprinkle the white fish with herbs. As a side dish, it is best to use boiled green beans or baked vegetables.
