Stuffed eggs in the form of mushrooms will look great on any festive table, perfectly complementing it and decorating. So, to prepare this dish, we need:

- eggs - 6-7 pieces;

- Shrimp - 100 g;

- fresh cucumbers - 3 pcs .;

- cherry tomatoes - 3 pieces;

- mayonnaise - 0.5 tbsp. L .;

- olives - 10 pieces;

- salt;

How to cook stuffed mushrooms?

To start, we will boil the eggs in boiling water for 8 minutes, then put them for a while in cold water so that they are well cleared of the shell (for our future dish this is very important). Meanwhile we'll make shrimp. We will put a saucepan with a little water on the stove, wait for the boiling, add it and put our shrimp there for 2 minutes. Then we will pull them out, dry them and clean them. Next, we take the eggs out of the water and gently clean them, trying not to spoil the protein. Then cut off a small piece from the sharp side of the egg. Cherry tomatoes are cut into two parts, this will be our mushroom caps.

Now proceed to our filling. To do this, finely chop mushrooms (as an option, rub on grater), cheese and olives. In a separate container we mix all the ingredients with mayonnaise, shrimps and mashed yolks, salt. Everything, our delicious stuffing for stuffed eggs is ready.
