Dynamic meditation Osho. Meditation techniques

Some of the most powerful meditative techniques to date are dynamic Osho meditations. They belong to the Indian teacher Osho Rajneesh, the creator of the new sannyasa system.

The Purpose of Dynamic Meditation

Osho's dynamic meditations are aimed at purifying the unconscious person from those constraints and suppressed emotions that are hidden in him. This garbage is accumulated from childhood, and if it is not cleaned periodically, it goes out in the form of a pathology, making it difficult to live. Therefore, Osho's meditation is a very good way to overcome all internal barriers and start living a full life.

The duration of dynamic meditation is one hour and consists of five consecutive parts. In principle, these Osho meditations can be done at home independently, however, group practice gives a slightly stronger result.

But even if you meditate with someone, it's still only your own experience, so close your eyes and do not open their entire practice, so as not to be distracted by anyone. Especially for this you can use a bandage.

As for other conditions, it is advisable to meditate on an empty stomach. It is also recommended for the convenience of practice to wear loose, not embarrassing clothes.

Part One: Breathing

The first part of Osho's meditation lasts ten minutes. At this time, you need to breathe through your nose in a chaotic rhythm, concentrating on exhalation. The body will take care of the inhalation itself. Air should penetrate as deep as possible into the lungs. At the same time, the rate of breathing should be maximum. You need to breathe as fast as you can afford, but without neglecting the depth of inspiration. Use all your resources to help free up energy. You can move if this helps you to speed up or deepen your breathing. Finally, you must feel the energy that is rising within you. At this point, it is very important to realize it and put it under control, without letting it come out ahead of time.

Part Two: catharsis

The second part of Osho's meditation lasts ten minutes. At this point, you have to "explode" - splash out all that so tears out. Do not be afraid to seem crazy, do not limit yourself. Do absolutely anything you want: sing, shout, stomp, dance, squeal, sob, laugh, etc. This is the technique of meditation Osho - talking with the body in the language of emotions. It is very important to be streamlined, do not put yourself inside barriers and do not shackle yourself. You just need to surrender to the flow of your energy, its flow and do everything that will naturally manifest itself. Most importantly - do not analyze! At this point the critical activity of the mind is absolutely inappropriate.

Part Three:

The third stage, like the first two, lasts ten minutes. During it you need to continuously jump, continuously shouting the syllable "Hu" mantra. The hands should be raised upwards, and the sounds should be as deep as possible.

When jumping, one has to fall completely to the whole foot every time, feeling at the same time how sound penetrates the sexual center of the body. Here, again, it is required to involve all the resources of the body and soul, all the energy, to give one hundred percent. Only in this case kundalini awakens. Osho's meditations work in accordance with the principle of direct proportionality. That is, you get an effect equivalent to the expended forces and energy.

Part Four: Stop

The fourth stage takes fifteen minutes. Once it starts, you need to stop. To die in that place and in the position in which she found you. The position of the body should not change, because otherwise the flow of energy will be disturbed. You can not even cough, etc. It's like in a children's game with an exciting sea, in which it was necessary to freeze, like a statue after the words "Sea figure, freeze". All these fifteen minutes from you it takes only one thing - to watch yourself. You can not be distracted by extraneous thoughts. Just be aware of yourself and watch.

Part Five: Dance

The final stage of meditation is dancing. But this should not be just a dance. At this moment you should feel boundless joy and happiness and dance, showing this joy in gratitude to the whole universe.

So Osho recommended doing this practice. The techniques of meditation described by him are different. There are about a hundred of them, but it was dynamic meditation that became the most popular among its followers. Now, having described the technique, below we will explain a little more in detail the inner essence of this powerful transformation system.

What is dynamic meditation?

Firstly, as he himself said, conducting evening meditations, Osho, dynamic practice is a method of creating a situation in which deep meditation can take place due to the strain exerted by a person. The principle of work is that if you strain your body and mind as much as possible, then you will have nothing left to do but relax. In normal mode, this is difficult to do, so very often meditation is so complicated. But if the whole being of a person is on a platoon, then he automatically falls into the necessary meditative state.

This is the purpose of the first three parts of meditation. They prepare a person, straining him at the level of physical, etheric and astral bodies. Deep breathing leads to a reorganization of the physical body due to a sharp change in the oxygen supply regime. This, in turn, inevitably leads to a change in the etheric body. It is for this purpose that the first ten minutes of deep rapid breathing are intended.

About the first part

It must be both fast and deep, because at such a rate it plays the role of a hammer that knocks on the etheric body, awakening it and the energy that is sleeping in it. Therefore, in the first step, you need to concentrate totally, give yourself completely to it. Nothing but breathing should exist for you. You yourself must become a breath.

On the second part

The second step begins when the energy inside you starts to boil. Usually ten minutes of the first stage is enough for this. Now a powerful energy vortex is spinning inside of you, and your task is to let it go free with your body. It must be able to do whatever it wants. In no case should there be for this an obstacle on your part. No shame or shyness is strictly prohibited. However, this is not just thoughtless krivljanie. In fact, at this time you have to do an important job - to communicate with your body. It is necessary to feel it and let it express in the symbols of gestures what it wants to convey to you. Surrendering to the will of bodily impulses, it is necessary to be aware of it, to listen to it in its language. This is called dialogue with the body or cooperation with the body.

And do not forget that everything should happen at the highest possible level of impact. Nothing in dynamic meditation happens half-heartedly. If you do not surrender to the body completely, you will negate the whole effect of practice. In a word, in the second stage you have to become a body just as you were breathing at the first stage.

About the third part

The result of the second stage should be the involuntary state of the observer. This is catharsis. It does not need to be achieved, on the contrary, you need to completely identify with your body. But if you put yourself one hundred percent, then inevitably the moment will come when you feel that the body is something separate and independent. At this point, and comes the third stage of practice, when you need to start jumping and shouting the syllable "Hu". Osho borrowed it from Sufism. The essence of the third stage is that energy is now beginning to move in a different direction. If before it was directed outwards and downwards, in the third stage it begins to flow inward and upward. A shouted mantra provides this redirection, and therefore it is required to shout it constantly and with full force, striking itself inward with sound. As before, you need to merge with your action, that is, become a sound, as before you were the body and the breath. It is necessary to reach the state of exhaustion, to the extreme point of tension, so that the next, fourth stage, in which you are only required to freeze and watch, can occur.

About the fourth part

At this time there is only your consciousness and nothing more. This state occurs involuntarily, you do not need to try to achieve it. The main thing in the third part is not to lose it by accidental movement or a sudden thought. The fourth stage is that for which dynamic meditation is done in general. The previous three stages serve as preparatory steps for it. When it happens, everything must go away.

Final Tips

Very high opinion was about Osho's dynamic meditation. The feedback of his students and those who are continuing this practice today also indicate its extraordinary effectiveness. In large cities it is held regularly in specialized centers with a multitude of people. But if a group of practitioners are not around, it's not scary: you can do it yourself. As Osho advised, morning meditations are most effective. This is also true of dynamic meditation. Therefore, for maximum effect, it is better to get up early.
